Jane Owen, President/CEO
Jane Owen serves as President/CEO of Vistage Michigan. Her primary role is to ensure Vistage Michigan continues to align with its mission: To Increase the Effectiveness and Enhance the Lives of Chief Executives. Jane focuses her efforts on hiring and developing Vistage Chairs in order to effectively coach and lead chief executive peer advisory groups. She values business and personal development and works to provide continued education to the members of Vistage. Jane has been an active Vistage Michigan board member since 2013.
Prior to working at Vistage Michigan, Jane worked for the Edw. C. Levy Co. in business and leadership development. She is a certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West and the International Coaching Federation. Along with her coaching certification she is certified in The Leadership Circle Assessments and the Integrative Enneagram IEO Accreditation. She is trained in LEAN, process mapping and ISO 9001. Her work at Levy involved organizational development, team development and facilitation, leadership coaching, process advising and working with LEAN continuous improvement teams.
Jane Owen is a Magna Cum Laude Oakland University graduate with a Major in Human Resource and Development and a Minor in Labor Relations.
Ed Holinski, Chief Development Officer
Ed Holinski is a Vistage Chair and Chief Development Officer. He is an accomplished business leader and longstanding adviser to executives. Ed helps new chairs accelerate their launches and leads the implementation of new Vistage programs in Michigan.
Ed started an e-learning company, providing innovative solutions still used by Ivy League universities today and doubled an industry practice from $10M to $20M. He also led a major transformation at a Fortune 150 company that resulted in a $100M revenue increase.
Ed was a Managing Director of Learning at Marsh Inc. He also led a Global Learning and Development team of 35 specialists as a Principal at Mercer. He retooled the AFLAC Sales Academy, and was a Senior Consultant at Root, helping companies implement strategy.
Ed earned an BSBA with honors. He completed his executive education at the University of Michigan, focusing on business strategy and change. When not working or networking, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Lisa, and visiting their two children in Manhattan.
Serena York, Vice President Operations
Serena York joined Vistage Michigan in 1997. As Vice President Operations, Serena oversees all internal operations with responsibility for general management, finance, marketing, IT, human resources, and service and support functions. Serena reports directly to the President/CEO.
Serena works closely with the owners and leadership of Vistage Michigan and has served a key role in improving efficiencies, performance and profitability of the company. She was instrumental in establishing an internal metrics system tracking the company’s operational, marketing, and financial performance.
Previously, Serena served as Assistant Branch Manager of Comerica Bank for five years with a focus on general management and branch operations possessing a thorough knowledge of the Bank’s products and services, policies, procedures and operating systems. Serena is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a Major in Marketing.
Autumn Loffreda, Accounting
Autumn joined the Vistage Michigan team in 2025, bringign her expertise to the financial operations department. She manages Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and plays a key role in supporting our members.
With over 25 years of experience in corporate retail and management, Autum has a strong bckground in financial operations and project management.
Anna Morton, Client Services Advisor & Marketing/Speaker Coordinator
Anna has a background in retail management and extensive administrative experience across various profesisonal professional levels as well.
Since joining the Vistage Michigan team in 2003, Anna has played a vital role in coordinating meetings, speakers, and events alongisde Chairs and staff. She also leads marketing initiatives, including strategic planning, internal and external email campaigns, branding, statistical tracking and event execution as well as Vistage Michigan website updates and CRM maintenance.
